What You Can Do After This Chapter

Learning objective. Learner applies business analysis techniques to a payments project, writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a traceability matrix for a real payment feature. Learner applies this skill in realistic banking scenarios, with clear examples and correct terminology throughout.

Practical assessment. Learner receives a brief to add SEPA Instant to a bank payment app and writes ten requirements, five user stories, and acceptance criteria for each story. Learner then builds a traceability matrix linking each requirement to a story, a test case, and a business goal, and writes a stakeholder question list for a workshop with operations and compliance. Learner submits all work with sources, calculations, and assumptions stated clearly, and reviews the result against the chapter checklist before submission.
